Colorado Lawyer Trust Account Foundation (COLTAF) Program
Premier Bank participates in COLTAF’s Colorado Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program. We currently pay .85% interest (.85% APY*) on the lawyer trust accounts. Also, we waive monthly servicing fees on these accounts.
Further, we have various loan programs and business lines of credit for small and medium size law firms. We offer personal home equity lines for individual lawyers. In addition, we offer split dollar capital plans for law firm partners as part of the sophisticated deferred executive compensation package and wealth management builder program.
